Conveyancing is the method by which legal property is transferred from one person to another. After Completion:

• Upon completion, the buyer’s funds are sent to the seller’s solicitors. The keys are then released to the buyer. 
• Title deeds are then sent on to the buyer’s solicitors. 
• Buyer’s solicitors arrange the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax unless the property was purchased during a Stamp Duty Holiday or is exempt. 
• Formal registration of the new owner and Land Registry notification occurs immediately after completion.
